Beyond individual learner support, the project strengthens institutional capacity at school level. Participating schools will be supported in integrating diagnostic data and progress indicators into their internal basic skills improvement strategies. The intervention provides aggregated data insights that can inform school development planning, enabling evidence-based decision-making. In this way, the project contributes to embedding personalised learning and early intervention within a whole-school framework aligned with the Council Recommendation on Pathways to School Success.
